Sorry this is a little late, I had to get pictures off of everyones camera before I could post this blog! But I believe in the phrase, “Better late than never.” It basically got me through high school 🙂
House we stayed at in the Bronx
After the after school program, we went to a gathering called “Holy Hood.” It was basically a Wednesday night, but with a couple twists. They had rap going, people gave “floetry” which is basically poetry but in a “rap” kind of fashion, and people doing graffiti. It was really amazing seeing how other people worship and I really enjoyed being apart of it. Caleb also gave a message and let me tell you, God totally spoke through him. When we asked him about it, he said he had no idea what he said…a total God thing!
We left and spent the rest of our time in New York City, just walking around the most enormous city. New York City really might be the heart of civilization…everything moves at such a fast pace. New York was such a great trip for me as well as my team. We finally got to experience ministry together. It’s amazing the connection that grows when you are serving the Lord. I will never forget this trip, thank you so much for praying for me and my team! Here are just some pictures:

You did great in the Bronx. I couldn’t stop smiling at how well you did at the after school program. You really connected with that girl and I know made an impact in her life. I love watching God work thru you. Keep being open to him and digging deeper. Your Awesome.

Wow, that picture with the girl you ministered to – that look – reminded me of your Mom! What a resemblance!
My girls sent a couple pictures from MEFC
of you and them. So glad you were able to connect with them, even tho for a short time.
Have a great trip home – and continue to look to the Lord for guidance as you make future plans.
Hey, I’ll miss you in Minnesota, have a good time!
Loved all the pictures on this post.
I took a bunch and put them on my own blog!
I love how you picked the most obnoxious kid in the place….must be your comfort zone! (-:
Can’t wait to see you!

Great stuff Seth – sounds like it was a great trip. And also the picture of Caleb doing physical labor may come in handy some day.
