I was just
noticing that I have not updated my blog in about a month! What a crazy month it
has been…if you read my first post, you know what I am talking about! So I
decided to give you a life update! First and foremost thank you to all who have
been supporting me so far! I checked this morning and I have $705!!! Thank you
all so much!!!
When I
wrote my first blog, I was in a dark place, not knowing how I was going to be
able to keep my head above water! I just prayed non-stop for God to help me
solve one of my problems, maybe that would help me get the ball rolling. It
started off with me going to get my car fixed. My neighbor is an auto mechanic
and he offered to fix my car for me for cheap. When he looked at my car, he saw
that my car wasn’t even that bad and it was going to cost me a lot less than I
thought!
Then, I went to go pay my car
insurance, which usually runs me around $100 a month. I decided to check out
some different insurance companies and my mom told me about the one she uses. I
checked out the insurance and now I paid for 13 months of car insurance for
only $200!!! Now I was really short on cash but knew I was going to be okay. It
wasn’t until the next morning that I got a phone call from my friend Caleb
saying that I am able to play a video game and make money…what are the chances
of that? It not a whole lot of money, but it certainly helps! I also just
started working full time for a painting place and I absolutely love it! God
provides!!! He took all of things that I had prayed about and took care of them
in a matter of a month!! It’s not everyday that you see your prayers answered
so fast…I thought I would just share the good news!
Thank you
for praying for me when I asked for it! Life is good and God is good! I just
ask that you pray that I get all of my support money so that I am able to go on
this trip!
